Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for any other form of legal tender, including but not limited to cash, EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, or other gift cards.
Gift Vouchers are considered equivalent to cash. In the event of loss or theft, they will not be reissued or replaced.
A bank transfer is required to secure your booking. The Gift Voucher may then be applied towards the remaining balance. Please note that each Gift Voucher is valid for a single use only.
All clients must be aged 18 years or over. Valid photo identification will be required at the time of the appointment to verify age.
